Responsibilities:
IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely tech support, troubleshoot IT and communication issues, and ensure minimal downtime
System Management: Install and configure systems, printers, and networks, ensuring all software tools function properly.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, manage contracts, and oversee IT service agreements.
Communication Infrastructure: Assist with communication room setups and optimize video conferencing systems.
Asset Management & Procurement: Manage the procurement and allocation of IT resources, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
Collaboration: Work with departments to meet tech needs and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems management, preferably in an enterprise or service-driven environmen, or a related field.
Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure including networks, servers and system software.
Experience with communication infrastructure, network management and video conferencing systems
Familiarity with platforms such as User, MONDAY and other productivity tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly address technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, service-oriented, and highly independent.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – an advantage.
