The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee the contractual and operational aspects of the sales process. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Preparing and managing all contractual agreements with clients, including document updates and revisions
✅ Tracking client status from agreement issuance to deal completion
✅ Monitoring sales performance and maintaining accurate data in internal systems
✅ Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other key stakeholders
✅ Drafting and proofreading professional documents as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
🔹 Previous experience in a similar role in sales operations – a strong advantage
🔹 Legal background (LL.B or prior legal experience) – preferred
🔹 Excellent writing and drafting skills
🔹 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
🔹 High proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems (Salesforce – an advantage)
🔹 Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and work independently
🔹 Problem-solving mindset and a service-oriented approach
